You are required to maintain an active and responsive form of communication.

You will not file a dispute over PayPal unless absolutely necessary, but not before you contact me to negotiate should any issues concerning the commission arise.

You will be patient and aware of the turnaround time before commissioning me.

I accept payment through in USD through PayPal.

Commission approval will be determined through prior discussions, and both parties will agree on the pricing. Regular updates on the commission's progress will be communicated through Discord (or Twitter DMs). You will receive an initial notification when the commission begins.

Upon completion and approval of each video, payment will be done through a PayPal invoice. It's important to note that all payments are non-refundable. Engaging in any actions, including but not limited to initiating a chargeback, to bypass this policy is considered a violation of these terms of service.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission, per my own discretion

Each video is entitled to 5 revisions; any additional revisions will incur an additional cost of $5 per revision. Personal mistakes, such as subtitle errors, will not be considered as part of the revision count.

Major revisions, defined as substantial changes requiring significant editing efforts, may incur extra charges and will be mutually agreed upon between the parties.

I reserve the right to incorporate the finalized work into my portfolio and editing reels.

Furthermore, I hold the entitlement to broadcast portions of the editing process on Twitch, with the agreement that VODs will be set to unlisted afterward.
