Timely communication ensures a smooth workflow and helps avoid unnecessary delays.

All payments are made in USD via PayPal invoice.

Pricing is determined through discussion before any work begins. Both parties must agree on the final price prior to approval.

Payment is due upon your approval of the completed video.

All sales are final. Payments are non-refundable.

Initiating a chargeback or any other action intended to circumvent this policy is a direct violation of these terms and may result in being blacklisted.

I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason, without obligation to explain.

Once a commission is approved and work has begun, you will receive an initial confirmation.

Ongoing updates will be communicated via Discord or Twitter DMs throughout the process.

Each commission includes up to 5 free revisions.

Any revisions beyond that will be charged at $5 per revision.

Corrections to my own errors (e.g. subtitle mistakes, technical issues) do not count toward your revision total.

Major revisions, those requiring substantial rework or significant changes to the original scope, may be subject to additional charges, agreed upon by both parties before proceeding.

All completed work must be credited to @PandaPunchGamer on Twitter/X unless stated otherwise. Failure to provide proper credit is a violation of these terms.

I retain the right to showcase any completed work in my portfolio, demo reels, or promotional materials.

I may livestream parts of the editing process on Twitch. Any VODs containing commission work will be set to unlisted following the stream.

If any issue arises, please contact me directly before taking external action. I am always willing to discuss concerns and find a fair resolution. Filing a PayPal dispute without first attempting to resolve the matter privately is considered a breach of these terms.
